At White Donkey, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece doesn't fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
